Great River Homes, Inc. provides Vocational Rehabilitation Services designed to help individuals with developmental disabilities prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment in their communities. Our services focus on empowering each person to discover their strengths, build job-related skills, and move toward greater independence and self-sufficiency.
Through individualized, goal-driven support, our team works closely with each person to identify career interests, explore employment options, and develop the skills needed for success in the workplace. Vocational Rehabilitation Services may include career assessments, job readiness training, résumé and interview preparation, job-seeking assistance, and support with understanding workplace expectations and routines.
Once employment is secured, we offer continued guidance through job coaching, on-the-job training, and problem-solving support. Our staff partner with employers to ensure successful job placement, assist with reasonable accommodations, and promote long-term stability and growth.
