Employment Exploration Services
Our Employment Exploration Services help individuals learn about different career paths, understand workplace expectations, and identify jobs that match their interests, skills, and goals. Through tours, job-shadow experiences, hands-on learning, and individualized guidance, participants gain insight into real-world work environments and build the foundation for future employment decisions.
Employment Development Services
Employment Development Services provide targeted skill-building and job preparation to help individuals move successfully into the workforce. Our staff offer support with résumé development, interviewing skills, workplace communication, job-seeking strategies, soft-skill training, and understanding employer expectations. We work closely with each person to create a customized employment plan that aligns with their career goals and support needs.
Employment Support Services
Once employed, individuals receive continued coaching and support through our Employment Support Services. This may include on-the-job training, assistance with learning job responsibilities, building workplace routines, communicating with employers, problem-solving, and ongoing skill reinforcement. Our staff partner with employers to promote success, ensure accommodations as needed, and help maintain long-term stability in the workplace.
