Community Alternatives for Disabled Individuals (CADI) Waiver Services include:

• Independent Living Skills (ILS)
• Respite

Semi-Independent Living Services (SILS)

SILS are provided to people with developmental disabilities who require less than 24 hours of supervision per day and are able to maintain their own homes in the community with support.

Supported Living Services (SLS)

Supported Living Services are residential based habilitation services provided to children or adults who require up to and including 24 hour supervision, training or assistance on an on-going and daily basis. Supported Living Services may be provided in the person's own home, apartment or in one of the Adult Foster Homes owned by Great River Homes, Inc. and licensed for up to four persons at each home.

Great River Homes, Inc. owns six homes in Wabasha, MN and two homes in Lake City, MN, licensed for up to four persons in each home.
